Steady and methodical in our approach, we bring a sense transparency to the project planning and delivery process.  We actively listen to your needs, wants, and future possibilities to present options that balance your budget with your desired outcomes. Our goal is to ensure open communication and create a sense of confidence and comfort in the process.

Process

After 25 years, we like to say our process is pretty tried and true.

Consultation - We offer a no cost, no obligation consultation to walk through the space to get a better understanding of the project and your needs. Many of our clients create and share Pinterest pages to communicate and share their vision for the space.

Estimate - It usually takes a couple days to develop a tailored estimate. We pride ourselves on providing you with a custom, realistic, thorough estimate that is reflective of what we actually anticipate the job will cost. Though we are priced competitively, we do not believe in bidding low in order to win the job and then ultimately raise the price later.

Timeline - Once we have agreed to the terms of the project, we work with you to select the start date. We pride ourselves on completing the job within the discussed time frame.

Change Order Process - If the job changes along the way, which invariably happens, we are transparent on the impact that the change will have have on the project to ensure that you can make an informed decision on whether to proceed with a requested change.
